Job summary

Wickes in Hinckley is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to lead from the front, drive safety and operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a key holder, you will supervise, motivate and guide your team through daily store routines, from maintaining high standards to fulfilling orders and providing expert product knowledge.

You have experience in retail or a similar environment with a track record of supervising or leading a team during busy periods.

About the role...

You have experience in retail or a similar environment, with a track record of supervising or leading a team when things get busy. You’re comfortable taking on key duties and supporting team rotas and training. You understand what helps a store perform well and care about giving customers a great experience while driving store success.

If you are 21 yrs and over £13.39 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.64 phr and under 18 yrs £9.46 phr.

• Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
