Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. You will coordinate shifts, support colleagues across departments, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your duty periods.

Role requires prior team-leading experience in retail, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Flexible hours and minimum guaranteed weekly hours are offered in line with store needs.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in fast-paced retail.
