Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide store teams and ensure a smooth daily operation. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, lead by example, and help create a welcoming in-store experience for customers.

You’ll supervise across departments, coach colleagues, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and flexible, hands-on leadership in a busy retail environment.
