• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
• Leading the store in the Manager's absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and modelling great service.
• Continuing to seek ways to better serve customers and communities.
