• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with colleagues, the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
