Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams, ensure great customer experiences, and uphold smooth day-to-day operations across all areas. You’ll be the go-to person for queries, coach colleagues, and help shape a welcoming, high-performing environment.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, report to the store manager, and support scheduling within available shifts. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to service that puts customers and communities
