Leading the store team to deliver a great in-store customer experience.
Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
Building positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
Confidently leading the store in the manager’s absence.
Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling excellent customer service.
Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet a little better every day.
