Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to join our Walkden store. You will support the management team to deliver consistent results and be the best place to shop and work, with a £2 per hour shift-management supplement.

The role focuses on great product availability, driving sales initiatives, and leading the store team. You will develop colleagues, maintain service standards, and ensure cash policies and processes are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time.
• Ability to plan and organise the shift with the team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance.
