Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store management team and deliver consistent results. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

The role focuses on maximizing availability for customers, driving sales, developing the team, and delivering service standards. You will lead the shift, follow company policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plan and organise the shift using all team members.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Set the pace of the team when on shift with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with great product availability and drive sales.
• Lead store team, support Talking Shop Rep and fosterInclusive culture.
• Ensure cash handling and store policies are followed and security processes are in place.
