Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store leadership and drive reliable results. You will start as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store, helping maximise availability and sales while delivering excellent service to customers.

The role focuses on leading by example, engaging the team, and upskilling staff to maintain high standards and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues to complete tasks first time, every time.
• Plan and organise shifts using the whole team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Lead by example during shifts to deliver a great store.
