Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the management team and deliver consistent results, while ensuring the store remains the best place to shop and work. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant with a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store.

Key responsibilities include maximising profit through great availability, driving sales, and following established policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Effective communication with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Ability to plan and organise the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with focus on product availability and driving sales.
• Engage, develop and retain great people, support engagement and inclusivity.
• Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies and processes.
