Job summary

Marks & Spencer (M&S) Bristol Cabot Circus is seeking a customer-facing Retail Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming store environment. You will be responsible for ensuring security while contributing to the overall customer journey and store experience.

This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations. The position offers guaranteed 40+ hours per week and industry-leading training through Mitie for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Professionalism and emotional intelligence are required in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations with customers.
