Marks & Spencer (M&S) is seeking a qualified Security Officer to join its premium retail environment powered by Mitie’s security team. You will maintain safety and security while enhancing the customer journey, delivering calm, professional service and a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will support incidents and de-escalate situations, collaborate with store colleagues and uphold the M&S standard of service. Industry-leading training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, leisure or security backgrounds will be considered.
