M&S is seeking a Security Officer to protect customers, colleagues and products while delivering a welcoming, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will stay calm under pressure, be a visible, approachable presence in-store, help prevent loss and respond to incidents, and use store technology to support operations. A valid SIA licence is desirable but not essential.

Formación

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.

• Keep stores safe and secure, prevent loss and respond to incidents.
