You will act with confidence, professionalism and empathy, handling incidents calmly and ensuring high standards of communication and customer service throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 5 years of verifiable UK work history.
• Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and professional conduct.

Responsibilities
