M&S is hiring a Security Officer in Exeter and surrounding areas to safeguard customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help prevent loss, respond to incidents, and maintain a welcoming store environment while using store tech and body-worn cameras.

The role demands calm, professional conduct, strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a team across varied shifts. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Competenze

• Previous security experience preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
