Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Security Officer for M&S Braehead. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure store for customers and colleagues, acting with calm professionalism.

The role focuses on preventing loss, responding to incidents, and protecting people, products, and the M&S environment. You will use store technology such as mobile reporting and body-worn cameras, and you’ll be a visible, customer-focused presence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, confident and professional approach
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe
