Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and oversee day-to-day retail operations to deliver a premier shopping experience.

You will motivate your team, coach staff, and ensure strong customer service while maintaining visual merchandising standards and consistently hitting store targets and KPIs.

• Demonstrate selling behaviours and lead sales team to hit targets.
• Support Store Manager and deputise in absence.
• Oversee sales floor and maintain great shopping environment.
• Use CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store ops.
• Deliver store operations and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Upskill product knowledge and educate team to drive sales.
• Organise tasks to protect sales and service.
• Provide feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Manage people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to run store in Store Manager's absence.
