Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise during Store Manager absence and drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coach and develop a team while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience leading a team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong coaching and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the sales team.
• Motivate the team to deliver personal and store KPIs.
• Oversee floor presence and customer experience to maintain high standards.
• Utilise CSAT insights to identify actions for improving customer experience and operations.
• Support in Visual Merchandising and store standards to deliver the shopping experience.
• Upskill team on product knowledge to drive sales.
