• Support the Store Manager to manage all aspects of store operations.
• Lead the sales team to deliver personal KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with Floor Control to maintain a great shopping environment.
• Utilise CSAT insights to improve customer experience and operations.
• Support Visual Merchandising and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and develop the team.
• Handle people issues to prevent escalation where possible.
• Prepare for store manager absence by deputising when required.
