Job summary

Clark's in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident, hands-on Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead the sales team to hit commercial targets. • Retail management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.

• Proficient with store IT systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent selling behaviours and drive personal KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team.
• Oversee the sales floor and maintain an inviting store.
• Review CSAT insights to improve customer experience.
• Support in store operations and Visual Merchandising.
• Upskill knowledge of products to drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs.
• Provide feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Assist Store Manager with people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to manage store in absence of Store Manager.
