What will you be doing?

• Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel needs.
• Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
• Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Delivering on key performance goals that are procedural, operational and customer-focused.
• Utilising a keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
• Implementing best-practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
• Great communicator — talking with people and building relationships comes naturally; a good listener who understands people and their needs.
• Desire to succeed — having drive and vision to make a difference, enjoy what you do, and care about the impact you have on others.
