Responsibilities
  • You’ll be guiding our customers to their dream Sofa.
  • Showing designs & styles available for recommendations if your customer is unsure of what they are looking for.
  • Always offering the best customer experience & creating a fun environment where everyone feels at home.
  • Putting together wish lists for your customers if they’re not ready to buy the same day, keeping in touch to offer expert advice to help find that perfect choice.
  • Completing customer orders via an Apple iPad & completing finance applications.
Skills we would love you to showcase
  • We listen well, can sit and chat with customers for hours, asking the right questions to gather the information needed to find their dream sofa.
  • Great at creating the vision of what the dream sofa will look like in the customer’s home – bringing it to life and creating excitement.
  • Caring & fun, able to adapt to customers to put them at ease; not every customer is the same – neither are our Sofology colleagues.
  • As product experts, we can outline features & benefits to help customers finalise their decision.
  • You don’t need sales experience; it’s about personality & capability. There’s a lot we’re good at at Sofology, and coaching you too.
