Zusammenfassung

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in London is seeking a Key Lead who acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will perform openings and closings, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect inventory, and uphold brand values on the shop floor. A high school diploma is preferred and retail experience is helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ managerial experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
