Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor in our UK store.

You’ll coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensure accurate operations, and drive sales through excellent customer experiences on the floor. Responsibilities include opening/closing, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing store reports, protecting assets, and representing the brand with energy and adaptability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and operate POS.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
• Schedule varies; require weekend availability and peak-hour coverage.
