Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Lead in Greater London to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and daily sales targets.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni‑channel orders, and maintain visual displays while leveraging product knowledge and brand messaging. Flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• No formal supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends; energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
