Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in London is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.

You'll perform openings/closes, operate POS, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, protect store assets, and represent the brand with energy and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Maintain strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be energetic, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register / POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
