Join a thriving fashion mail order retail business. The company is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Buyer to join their team and play a key role in planning and building ranges, implementing sourcing strategies, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

In this role, you’ll be involved in product development as well as reviewing weekly sales to identify best and worst sellers, build strong relationships with suppliers, and monitor the market through benchmarking and competitor analysis. You’ll also negotiate cost prices, assist in implementing new processes, and collaborate with other teams to develop ideas that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need an eye for product excellent commercial acumen and administration, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a motivated and driven mindset. The ability to demonstrate the required skills through work experience is essential.
