Qualifications

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or services environment.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets.
• Ideally, knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of a department and supervise the team.
• Support the store management team to deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Be a key holder with security and stock-loss responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to colleagues to meet standards and targets.
