Halfords in Sunderland is seeking a part-time supervisor to help run a department, supervise and coach colleagues, and deliver market-leading service to customers. You will be part of the sales floor leadership team and share responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service ideally in a retail sales or services business environment.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets.
• Ideally, some technical knowledge and skills in motoring or cycling, with training provided.
