Halfords in Romford is looking for a part-time Retail Team Leader to supervise a department, coach colleagues and ensure excellent customer service. You will support store management and help deliver strong sales results while following security and stock procedures.

The role offers progression toward management with extensive training and a focus on developing your retail and product knowledge across motoring and cycling.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or service business environment.
• Experience coaching others and delivering on-the-job training.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and achieving sales targets.
• Ideally some knowledge of motoring or cycling; training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of a department and coach colleagues.
• Support the store management team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow in-store security and stock loss procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of development and progression within the team.
• Help drive sales targets and deliver market-leading standards.
