Halfords in Leeds is seeking a part-time department lead to manage day-to-day operations, supervise a small team and coach colleagues to deliver market-leading customer service. You'll help support the store management team, drive sales targets, maintain security and stock procedures, and contribute to a culture of continuous development through the company’s training and rewards.

This role is a gateway to management within a leading UK retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience of delivering great customer service in retail or services.
• Experience of delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving exceptional sales results.
• Ideally some knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.
