Halfords in Staffordshire is seeking a part-time supervisor to run a department, coach colleagues and deliver market-leading customer service on the sales floor. You’ll be part of the store’s leadership team and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

You’ll support the store management team, take on key holder responsibilities, and work toward achieving sales targets. Motivating product knowledge in motoring or cycling is beneficial, with full training provided.

Qualificações

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience of on-the-job training / coaching others.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• A track record of achieving sales targets.
• Motoring or cycling knowledge is helpful; training is provided.
