Job summary

Halfords in Llanelli, at Pemberton Retail Park, is recruiting a part-time department supervisor to lead a small team and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll help manage daily operations and contribute to a positive in-store experience for every customer.

You’ll also take on key holder duties, coach peers, and support the store management to hit sales targets while following security and stock procedures. Training and career progression are emphasised within Halfords’ growth plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Motoring or cycling knowledge preferred; training provided.
