Halfords Ashton under Lyne is seeking a Part-time Sales Floor Leader to support the day-to-day running of a department and coach team members. You will help deliver market-leading standards to customers and contribute to the store's success.

You will also work with management on service delivery, have key holder responsibilities, and benefit from extensive in-store training to progress your retail career within Halfords.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or services.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ideally some knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.
