Paddy Power Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for our retail shops in Sheffield. You will welcome customers, deliver best-in-class service, and promote online and retail products while creating a friendly atmosphere.

You will lead shop colleagues to meet targets, handle customer queries, supervise operations when the Shop Manager is absent, and ensure compliant, engaging customer experiences; training is provided to support your development.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed customers' expectations by building relationships and creating a warm, positive environment.
• Host customers in shop, clearly communicate answers to queries and inform about promotions.
• Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
• Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to invite customers.
• In the absence of the Shop Manager, oversee operations to ensure smooth shop functioning.
• Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
• Fulfil social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations.
