Paddy Power in Enfield is hiring a Customer Service Team Leader to welcome customers in our retail shops and ensure an outstanding experience. You will lead a small team, promote our offers, and help visitors enjoy their time with us while maintaining high service standards.

You’ll need a proactive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work across busy shifts. Full training will be provided; a passion for delivering results and customer satisfaction is key.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage shift patterns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Cover shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.
