You'll lead a small team, engage customers with our latest Flutter offers, and mentor colleagues. Full training will be provided; attitude and hospitality are valued above prior betting industry experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead a small team and motivate colleagues.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Host customers in shop environments and ensure best-in-class service.
• Assist customers to place bets through in-store channels.
• Maintain inviting shop presentation and brand standards.
• Act as Shop Manager in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• Communicate promotions and answer customer questions clearly.
• Adhere to Responsible Gambling guidelines.
