Job summary

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager. You will deliver excellent customer service, process bets and transactions, demonstrate betting terminals, and handle customer concerns to support a winning team.

The role reports to the Shop Manager and works in a busy, friendly environment. The typical weekly rota is 16 hours, with a mix of long opening/closing shifts and shorter evenings; benefits include a comprehensive package and career growth

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops.
• Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence dealing with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets.
• Maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.
