Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our retail teams. You will help shape the customer experience across our betting outlets, handling bets, answering questions and supporting promotions. You’ll work evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure peak service levels.

You will join a team that values safety, responsible gambling and a welcoming environment for every customer. Training will be provided to develop leadership and product knowledge.

Formación

• Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.
• Passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.
• Eager to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family.

Responsabilidades

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a well-presented environment which customers love to be a part of.
• Be a team player – collaboration is key to improving the customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions with care and accuracy.
