Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury\'s Meadowbank store on a permanent basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Shift patterns

Sainsbury\'s stores are open 7 days a week. Our shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current schedule for this role is:

• Sunday: 16:00 to 20:00
• Monday: Day Off
• Tuesday: 06:00 to 09:00
• Wednesday: 17:00 to 20:00
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: 06:00 to 08:00
• Saturday: 05:00 to 08:00

There is potential to increase hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as needed
• Work outside duties such as keeping trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

What you will need

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
• Please note: you will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of employment.
