ABM is seeking a Cleaning/Security Supervisor in Wallsend to oversee daily operations and support the Site Manager in their absence. You will manage staff scheduling and ensure cleaning standards while maintaining health and safety procedures at the retail centre.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; experience in security and cleaning supervision is preferred.

• Experience in cleaning/security supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and security teams in a retail centre.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and daily cover.
• Ensure cleaning meets ABM standards and safety procedures.
• Lead on-site training and PPE compliance.
• Act as on-site contact in absence of Soft Services Manager.
