Job summary

ABM in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Service Team Leader to manage a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards and Waste Operatives in a busy town centre facility. You will lead, coach and monitor daily operations to deliver high standards of security, cleanliness and environmental service.

You will develop your team through ongoing training, mentoring and clear communication, ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment while prioritising tasks to maintain exemplary visitor

Qualifications

• Front-line leadership experience in housekeeping or security.
• Ability to develop and inspire team members.
• Clear communicator with management and customers.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Must ensure high service standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team to maintain service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
