Job summary

ABM is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Viking Shopping Centre in the UK. You will oversee the site in the Soft Services Manager's absence, lead cleaning and security teams, and ensure operations comply with health and safety policies.

You will schedule staff, conduct daily audits, train team members, manage equipment, and respond to client callouts, aiming for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, public environment.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety Certificate required.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification required.
• Door Supervisor SIA Licence required.
• CCTV SIA Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage a team to deliver high cleaning services externally in all areas of the shopping Centre.
• Carry out Daily Cleaning audits and manage completion of areas identified.
• Set up, stock, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Supervise Team and give guidance throughout shift.
• Act as point of Contact for ABM on site in absence of Soft Services Manager.
• Ensure PPE and Health & Safety compliance.
