Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Bedford Branch under a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract, delivering in-branch and phone support with a focus on customer service excellence. The role requires a proactive listener, problem solver and multi-skilled approach to assist customers across everyday banking needs.

You’ll work on a rota basis, 5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within Santander’s customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find practical solutions for customers
• Develop knowledge of Santander services to help customers
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience
