Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Poole to support customers across the branch and contact centre. The role operates on a flexible Lifestyle 260 contract, with a minimum of 260 hours per year and a 5-hour weekly average, rotating Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm.

You'll handle transactions, answer queries, build relationships and continually seek ways to improve the customer experience. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.
