Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Paignton Branch, 35 hours per week, rota’d Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, solving problems, helping with cash transactions and guiding customers in using banking technology.

You’ll work in a close-knit branch team, flexible across multiple activities, acting as eyes and ears of the business, with opportunities to grow within the Santander network.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
