Job summary

Santander, based at the Southport Branch, is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor working 21 hours per week on a rota basis (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm). You will greet customers, assist with transactions, support via our contact centre and help protect customers from fraud, while building knowledge of banking products.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or over the phone.
• Effective communication to understand customer needs and provide clear solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to a rota-based schedule and varied tasks.

• Desire to grow knowledge of Santander services and products.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
