Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Paignton Branch to welcome customers, handle transactions, assist with queries, and promote services. You will support customers in-branch and over the phone, building relationships and solving problems in a busy, multi‑skilled environment.

The role emphasises flexibility, teamwork and a proactive approach to improve the customer experience, with full-time hours and a 35‑hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from face-to-face or telephony background.
• Ability to communicate effectively to truly understand customer needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers; flexible and multi‑skilled.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
