Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Penzance Branch. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, assisting with technology in-branch, and supporting customers over the phone.

You’ll work a 35-hour week on a rota basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, in a close-knit team. You’ll advise customers, build relationships, and continuously learn about Santander products to improve the experience.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or over the phone.
• Effective communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find practical solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
